Ayman Mohammed Roshdy

Ayman Mohammed is a young researcher who obtained his BSc in Industrial Engineering from the school of engineering and applied sciences, Nile University in 2020. During his undergraduate studies at Nile University he has understood and practiced the basics of scientific research in the field of industrial engineering and management. He is currently a MSc Mechatronics Engineering student and works as a research assistant at Smart Engineering Systems Research Center (SESC) at Nile University. He has contributed to publications in interdisciplinary fields such as production optimization, logistics, materials science, systems modeling and simulation. His research interest extends to optimization, environmental and green energy engineering

Ahmed Ibrahim Saad ElShafei

Ahmed Ibrahim ElShafei is a research assistant at Smart Engineering Systems Research Center (SESC). Ahmed is currently working on the “Gravity and pressure driven flow of molten salts” project. He received his BSc. degree in 2019 in aerospace engineering, Cairo university and currently doing his MSc. in in aerodynamics at Cairo university. Current research interests are Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) numerical techniques, aerodynamics and renewable energy related projects such as vertical axis wind turbines.

Sherifa Alhady

Sherifa Alhady is a research assistant in the Smart Engineering Systems Research Center (SESC) at the faculty of engineering and applied sciences, Nile university and a former physics teaching assistant in faculty of engineering at MUST university. She received her BSc degree from faculty of science, Benha University.

Habiba Abdelsalam Ibrahim

Habiba Ibrahim received her bachelor’s degree from Nile University in 2020 in mechatronics engineering major. She is currently a research assistant at Smart Engineering Systems Research Center (SESC) while doing her M.Sc.

Habiba is currently working on the project of “Developing Robot Assisted Therapy using Virtual Reality and Machine Learning”. Her current research interests are Interdisciplinary applications of automatic control, Virtual Reality in bio-mechatronics field, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

Samuel Youssef

Samuel is a research assistant in the Smart Engineering Systems Research Center (SESC) and a master’s student in the mechatronics engineering program at Nile University. He received his BSc degree in mechatronic engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in 2017. He’s currently working as part of the bio-hybrid soft robotics lab on underwater soft robots and his current research interests are the modelling, control, and perception for robots, building biomimetic robots, and applying artificial intelligence for robot cognition.

Mahmoud Zidan

Eng. Mahmoud Zidan is a research assistant at the Smart Engineering Systems Center, Nile university. He received his B.Sc from Zewail City in Renewable Energy Engineering in 2018. His research interest in smart and sustainable systems. Currently, he is working on improving organic solar cells performance.

Ahmed Emad Eltayeb

Ahmed Emad Eltayeb is currently a research assistant in the Smart Engineering Systems Research Center (SESC), Mechatronics track, – Nile University, Egypt. Eng. Ahmed received his BSc degree Mechatronics and received his MSc degree in Mechatronics from Shoubra, Benha University, Egypt. His research work at the Nile University focuses on novel soft robotics and control.
